The Kentucky Hearth Training Program equips technical staff with the essential competencies required to safely install, troubleshoot, and service Napoleon hearth products. This three‑day curriculum provides structured development that directly supports operational efficiency, reduced service costs, and improved customer satisfaction.
Day 1: Technical Foundations
Gas theory
Electricity fundamentals
Venting
Flame diagnostics
Heat management systems
Impact: Strong foundational knowledge reduces diagnostic errors and speeds up onboarding for new technicians.
Day 2: Electronic Ignition Systems
Dexen & SIT Proflame 2 systems: Component identification, wiring interpretation, live troubleshooting.
Impact: Fewer ignition‑related callbacks and improved service times.
A room block has been set up for 6/01-6/05, 2026 at a group rate of $145 per night + tax. There are two ways to make reservations:

The cut-off date to make reservations in the block at the discounted rate is5/4/2026. Any requests after this date are based upon availability and not guaranteed the group’s discounted room rate.
For guests wishing to stay on additional nights outside of the room block, please contact the hotel directly at 859-372-9621 to inquiry about availability.
