This three‑day curriculum provides structured development that directly supports operational efficiency\, reduced service costs\, and improved customer satisfaction. \nDay 1: Technical Foundations\n\nGas & Electricity Theory\nVenting\nFlame Diagnostics\n\nElectric Fireplace Maintenance & Service (NEW)\n\n\nImpact: Strong foundational knowledge reduces diagnostic errors and speeds up onboarding for new technicians. \nDay 2: Electronic Ignition Systems\n\nDexen & SIT Proflame 2 systems: Component identification\, wiring interpretation\, live troubleshooting.\n\nImpact: Fewer ignition‑related callbacks and improved service times. \nDay 3: Premium Install & Heat Management\n\nFraming\nClearances\nFinishing\,\nDHM & IOLK installation exercises\n\nHotel Reservation Information\nA room block has been set up for 6/01-6/05\, 2026 at a group rate of $145 per night + tax.
